The location is 5 minutes walk to the beach and there are many stores, bistros and services such as laundries nearby. Beans place is clean and secure and staff was attentive.

Amazing property in the centre of Karon. Huge clean room with everything we needed. Friendly welcome by the hardworking lady who runs the place who is constantly available to help at front desk. Thorough cleaning of the room every day if you need. Having tv and fridge was great too. Location was ideal for everything in Karon area. Restaurants and bars were everywhere, beach was less than 5 mins and the night market was 5 mins. From our room we heard very little music from bars so had no issues at all.

Conveniently located. Short walk to the beach and off the busy main road. Really good value for money overall. Room seemed to have been renovated fairly recently. Cleanliness wasn’t spotless but generally very clean. Each room came with access to a safe box.

Very central location which was good but meant can be very loud at night time. Staff were amazing, so friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in shower, kettle and tea making facilities.

The room is relatively big with king size bad, big table, clean shower and good view from the window. The hotel has motorbikes, they are fast and almost new. The renting price is regular and it is convenient to rent them right at the hotel.

The stay was really comfortable! The room was spacious, clean and with everything I needed (kettle, tea and coffee, towels, toiletries). The lady at the reception super friendly and ready to help with everything. Recommended!

The room is extremely clean (no bugs) and the bed is very confortable. Housekeeping (including change of towels) was done daily. The owner Craig is nice :) It is well located in Karon and only 5min by walk to Karon beach. There are some bars downstairs and it can be noisy at night but I could barely hear the music on the last floor. Though I’m usually sensitive to the sound at night, it didn’t prevent me from sleeping well.

The place was very nice and clean and very centrally located. Everything was walking distance. Keep in mind that it is located in the middle of a street full of bars. So if you’re a light sleeper, this might not be for you but I had no problem.
